1) DeskAlerts transition to V9 from V7 doesn't have an update option.
This means that we would have to delete previous installation and then implement new one.

Besides removing the clients, we will also Uninstall DeskAlerts Server application, this will be done by removing the application using Program and Features.

2) This upgrade would require installation of new clients. You can do this by using MSI installer and with a quiet installation.
