Make sure if you use Windows 7 SP1 or higher |

Prepare a domain computer which is not assigned to a Group Policy (special OU without any GPO rules) |

In case if this computer was under GPO settings you should reset GPO to default on this workstation |

This computer should have no antivirus and firewall software or antivirus and firewall service should be off |

Make sure if DA Server is available via 80 (or 443 in case you use https connection) communication ports (IN and OUT). |

Make sure DA Communication Center can be opened via Internet Explorer |

8 |
In case if you use Google Chrome please turn off any ads blocking extensions. |
Use this questionnaire to prepare a workstation according to checklist above before troubleshooting meeting. It will help greatly to minimize the time needed to troubleshoot.
