We have purchased Ticker with Arabic language support. How do we turn it on?

If you have Arabic language support in your Ticker, when creating an alert make sure to change the direction of the ticker, using specified buttons as shown in this screenshot:

If you sure that you have purchased the support for Arabic, but your package lacks these buttons, write to [e-mail] and our Support Team will get back to you ASAP.
